About me
After 25 years as an international business leader in IT Sales and Strategy Consulting, I reached a pivotal moment. I remember sitting in an airport lounge late at night, waiting for yet another flight, reflecting on the work we were doing. We were selling digital transformation solutions, yet I realized that the most important transformation was about people. Leadership clarity, openness to change, and personal growth were the real challenges, yet they were often overlooked.
For the first time in decades, I had space to reflect. That’s when I worked with a career coach who asked me a life-changing question: What if coaching is your true calling?
At first, I hesitated. After all, I had built a successful career in leadership. Was I really ready to step away from the familiar and embrace something new? But the more I explored coaching, the more I realized it wasn’t just another skill—it was the missing piece in my professional journey. I decided to consciously design the second half of my career.
Fast forward to today, I am an Executive & Career Coach (ICF ACC accredited), helping seasoned international business leaders to regain clarity, confidence, and joy in their leadership journey. And I help to create tailored AI upskilling plans. I love people and technology and I enjoy to apply both to support leaders to become future-proof for the era of AI.
